Complete Inspections & Appraisal
This may be one of your biggest purchase and investment so we always recommend doing a home inspection to know the overall condition of the property for peace of mind. If there are any issues or repairs that need to be done, we can ask the seller to get them repaired before moving forward.

Finalize the Purchase
& Receive Your Keys
Once all conditions are met, it's time to close the deal! You'll review and sign the final paperwork, pay any remaining closing costs, and finalize your mortgage. Once everything is complete, you’ll receive the keys to your new home—Congratulations!
